This campaign is applicable from 9 – 31 October 2021.
Redemption must be made on the same day as the date shown on the original receipt of purchase and is on first come first served basis only, while stock lasts.
To participate in “The Vibrant Pinata Making Contest”:
Spend a minimum of RM31.10 and above in a single-day receipt at any outlets at Straits Quay Retail Marina (excluding promotional booth) to redeem a set of “The Vibrant Pinata Kit” and an entry form.
-Spend a minimum of RM100 and above in a single-day receipt at any outlets at Straits Quay Retail Marina (excluding promotional booth) to redeem 3 sets of “The Vibrant Pinata Kit” and 3 entry forms.
Participant is required to create a pinata design with the materials provided in “The Vibrant Pinata Kit”. All participants are allowed to add-on any additional decorative items to enhance their designs.
Participant is required to like Straits Quay’s Facebook page.
Winners will be announced via Straits Quay Official Facebook page on 5 Nov 2021, 12pm. Judging weightage: based on originality, creativity and clarity. Bonus points will be accorded for the most likes.
Prizes are not exchangeable. The Management reserves the right to substitute all or any of the prizes with items of equivalent value without having to give any prior notification or reasons to the participant(s) or winner(s).
An entry must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights or any other intellectual property rights of any third party or entity or violate any person’s rights of privacy or publicity.
The Management reserves the right to use the names and/or photos of the participants as materials for the purpose of advertising, trade, display and/or publicity, without prior notice.
The Management reserves the right to disqualify any participants found out complying with the rules & regulation of the campaign.
The Management reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason.
The Management reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to the campaign Terms & Conditions without prior notice at any time.
